释义	法律分析: 一般情况下，私下签的协议符合法律、行政法规的规定，那么双方当事人自愿协商的，就具有法律效力。私下签署的协议如有下列情形之一：一方以欺诈的手段订立合同，对国家利益有损害；以合法形式掩盖非法目的；对社会公共利益有损害；恶意串通、违反法律等，在这些情况下私下签署的协议就是无效的。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百四十三条具备下列条件的民事法律行为有效：（一）行为人具有相应的民事行为能力；（二）意思表示真实；（三）不违反法律、行政法规的强制性规定，不违背公序良俗。
