释义	世界贸易组织调整反倾销的规则是关税与贸易总协定第6条和《关于实施1994年关税与贸易总协定第6条的协定》(简称反倾销协议)(以下通称反倾销规则)。根据反倾销规则，对倾销可以采取三种反倾销措施:临时措施、价格承诺和反倾销税。采取其他措施都违反反倾销规则。征收反倾销税必须满足下述三个条件:进口产品存在倾销;该倾销对生产同类产品的进口国国内产业造成损害;倾销与损害间有因果关系。任何一个条件没有满足，都不能征收反倾销税。
