车子转户需要什么证件和材料 |

在不同情况下所需要的过户手续有所不同，过户流程也有所不同。
汽车过户都需要携带的证件：身份证、车辆行驶本、购车原始发票、买卖合同。
卖方需要：车主的身份证、过户车辆的车辆行驶本、登记证、购车原始发票（过户票）以及以上证件的复印件，原车主必须到场。
买方需要：自己的身份证、（外地户口上本地牌照需要暂住证）以及所有复印件。
双方需要：签订二手车买卖合同（细节很重要）。如果买、卖双方有属于公户的话，则以公章、组织机构代码证书取代身份证。
手续费具体如下：
1、办理《机动车产权登记证》到《行驶证》所属地的车管所各分所办理，带上车主身份证、车主本人亲自到场；
2、“公户车辆”要带法人代码证书和公章。相关费用：拓号费和工本费合计58元。需要在总所办理的一般缴纳50元。
3、过户手续费。在过户程序中需要“评估作价”。以“作价”为基准价，按照2.5%的比例收取“过户手续费”。
4、例如某2001年的桑塔纳2000时代超人，评估作价为10万元。过户手续费：10万元×2.5%=2500元。
法律依据：《机动车登记规定》第十四条机动车所有人为两人以上，需要将登记的所有人姓名变更为其他所有人姓名的，应当提交机动车登记证书、行驶证、变更前和变更后机动车所有人的身份证明和共同所有的公证证明，但属于夫妻双方共同所有的，可以提供《结婚证》或者证明夫妻关系的《居民户口簿》。
