释义	会通知委托的律师。刑事案件移送到检察院后,检察院有义务通知辩护人(包括律师与担任辩护的其它亲友),没有义务通知家属。只有律师有阅卷权,家属没有这个权利。检察院将案件移交法院不会通知当事人,因为案件移交属于正常法律程序,不需要通知。而且案件到法院以后,法院会立即通知被告人领取公诉书的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第一百七十条人民检察院审查案件，应当讯问犯罪嫌疑人，听取辩护人、被害人及其诉讼代理人的意见，并记录在案。辩护人、被害人及其诉讼代理人提出书面意见的，应当附卷。
