释义	法律分析：劳动合同只签一份的行为是不合法的，但是合同是有效的。劳动合同应该一式两份，劳动者和用人单位各执一份。如果只签订一份，并且没有给劳动者的话，劳动者可以去当地人力资源和社会保障局劳动监察投诉，要求用人单位给劳动者一份劳动合同。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第十六条　劳动合同由用人单位与劳动者协商一致，并经用人单位与劳动者在劳动合同文本上签字或者盖章生效。劳动合同文本由用人单位和劳动者各执一份。
