释义	法律分析：2020年前的军官可以转业，后面获得军官身份的，不可以转业。因为现在部队内众多军官都期盼转业带来的稳定工作，直接取消，必然带来很大的不确定因素。法律依据：《中国人民解放军内务条令》第一百二十七条军人不得经商，不得从事本职以外的其他职业和传销、有偿中介活动；不得参与以营利为目的的文艺演出、商业广告、企业形象代言和教学活动，不得利用工作时间和办公设备从事证券交易、购买彩票，不得擅自提供军人肖像用于制作商品。
