刑法规定不负刑事责任的年龄是多大
释义
《刑法》第十七条第二款规定，已满十四周岁不满十六周岁的人，犯故意杀人、故意伤害致人重伤或者死亡、强奸、抢劫、贩卖毒品、放火、爆炸、投放危险物质罪的，应负刑事责任。也即相对负刑事责任年龄人只对自己实施的这八种严重犯罪承担刑事责任，在司法实践中必须严格遵守罪刑法定原则，不得突破这一界限。
