释义	法律分析：婚后用夫妻共同财产建的自建房，但是登记在对方母亲名下的，应当属于对方父母的共同财产，不属于夫妻共同财产。因为不动产房屋的以房屋登记为准，一般登记在谁的名下房屋就属于谁的房产即便用的是婚后夫妻共同财产，但是也不能因此向对方父母主张房屋的所有权。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第二百零九条不动产物权的设立、变更、转让和消灭，经依法登记，发生效力经登记，不发生效力，但是法律另有规定的除外。依法属于国家所有的自然资源，所有权可以不登记。
