判刑驱逐出境需要服刑么？
释义
驱逐出境亦称逐出国境。在我国，指对在中国境内犯罪的外国人或无国籍人，强制其离开中国境内的刑罚或治安管理方法。由人民法院判决并执行。可以独立适用，亦可附加适用，附加适用时应存主刑期满后执行。
法律依据:
《中华人民共和国刑法》 第三十五条 对于犯罪的外国人，可以独立适用或者附加适用驱逐出境。
