释义	法律分析: 黄灯在还没有变红灯前，还继续抢行通过，那么这样也算闯红灯。在黄灯的时候仍然继续前行，本身在黄灯亮起时车辆已经不能继续行驶，但是黄灯亮时已经通过停止线的车辆可以继续行驶，黄灯时间为三秒，这样算闯红灯。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第三十八条车辆、行人应当按照交通信号通行；遇有交通警察现场指挥时，应当按照交通警察的指挥通行；在没有交通信号的道路上，应当在确保安全、畅通的原则下通行。
