释义	法律分析：不合法的。一般来讲劳动合同签订后应一式3份，用人单位和劳动者各执1份。在鉴证劳动合同时，鉴证部门留存1份。因各地的情况不一样，签订劳动合同的份数应根据用人单位所在地劳动行政部门的要求来确定，至少要保证用人单位与劳动者双方当事人各有1份。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第十六条劳动合同由用人单位与劳动者协商一致，并经用人单位与劳动者在劳动合同文本上签字或者盖章生效。劳动合同文本由用人单位和劳动者各执一份。
