释义	可以，企业法人可以在异地以自己的名义从事经营活动，只要不属于设点经营，就无需另办营业执照。经工商行政管理机关登记注册的企业法人的住所只能有一个，公司在其住所以外地域用其自有或租、借的固定场所设点从事经营活动的，应当向该场所所在地公司登记机关申请办理分公司登记，领取分公司营业执照。法律依据：《中华人民共和国公司登记管理条例》第三条公司经公司登记机关依法登记，领取《企业法人营业执照》，方取得企业法人资格。自本条例施行之日起设立公司，未经公司登记机关登记的，不得以公司名义从事经营活动。
