释义	儿媳不赡养婆婆是不可以去起诉的，因为儿媳和女婿是没有赡养公婆和岳父母的义务的。赡养父母的子女的义务，这个义务不能因为结婚就转嫁给配偶。女方结婚之后，仍然要赡养自己的父母。同样的女方结婚之后，也只是可以继承自己父母的遗产，不能继承公婆的遗产。法律依据: 《民法典》第一千零六十七条父母不履行抚养义务的，未成年子女或者不能独立生活的成年子女，有要求父母给付抚养费的权利。成年子女不履行赡养义务的，缺乏劳动能力或者生活困难的父母，有要求成年子女给付赡养费的权利。
