释义	法律分析：前我国已经将新冠病毒的疫苗研制出来，并且开始投入使用。鼓励全国的每个人都去接种新冠疫苗。但我国的政策是，新冠疫苗不得强制要求全员接种。因为新冠疫苗现在还有一些特殊的人群不能接种。法律依据：《中华人民共和国疫苗管理法》第六条国家实行免疫规划制度。居住在中国境内的居民，依法享有接种免疫规划疫苗的权利，履行接种免疫规划疫苗的义务。政府免费向居民提供免疫规划疫苗。县级以上人民政府及其有关部门应当保障适龄儿童接种免疫规划疫苗。监护人应当依法保证适龄儿童按时接种免疫规划疫苗。
