不能。每周双休日以及节假日，人民法院包括立案大厅的工作人员都正常放假。放假期间，法院有漏碧人在岗值班，处理紧急情况返哪举，但不处理正常的业务。自然，要是在周末去法院起诉的话，虽然可以，但实际因为法院并不办公，最终也无法受理案件。法律依据：《国务院关于职工工作时间的规定》 第七条 国家机关、事业单位实行统一的工作时间，星期六和星期日为周休息日。 企业和不能实行前款规定缓改的统一工作时间的事业单位，可以根据实际情况灵活安排周休息日。
