释义	法律分析: 法律上没有这个概念，一般是指某地要拆迁，在没有法律手续的情况下违法抢建房子等待拆迁赔偿，抢建房一般是指临时建造的违法建筑。现实中一般是指某个地区可能要拆迁，为了多要补偿，私自建房。法律依据: 《国有土地上房屋征收与补偿条例》第十七条作出房屋征收决定的市、县级人民政府对被征收人给予的补偿包括：(一)被征收房屋价值的补偿二)因征收房屋造成的搬迁、临时安置的补偿三)因征收房屋造成的停产停业损失的补偿。市、县级人民政府应当制定补助和奖励办法，对被征收人给予补助和奖励。
