释义	法律分析：不需要，但是保证期间，债权人许可债务人转让部分债务未经保证人书面同意的，保证人对未经其同意转让的部分债务，不再承担保证责任。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百五十一条债务人将债务的全部或者部分转移给第三人的，应当经债权人同意。第六百九十七条债权人未经保证人书面同意，允许债务人转移全部或者部分债务，保证人对未经其同意转移的债务不再承担保证责任，但是债权人和保证人另有约定的除外。第三人加入债务的，保证人的保证责任不受影响。
