问题	遗弃孩子该不该赡养
释义	父母遗弃子女，不抚养以及教育子女，如果该遗弃子女已经被收养，并有合法的收养关系就不需赡养；但如果没有成立合法的收养关系，还是需要赡养的，但是被遗弃子女可以以遗弃罪来进行申诉，追究亲生父母的责任。【本文关联的相关法律依据】《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零六十七条父母不履行抚养义务的，未成年子女或者不能独立生活的成年子女，有要求父母给付抚养费的权利。成年子女不履行赡养义务的，缺乏劳动能力或者生活困难的父母，有要求成年子女给付赡养费的权利。
