释义	法律分析: 用人单位在下列情况下才可以减扣工资： 1、劳动者因个人主观原因未能完成工作任务，公司可以扣减其工资，但扣除后剩余工资不能低于当地最低工资标准； 2、因劳动者本人原因给用人单位造成经济损失时，用人单位可以扣减劳动者工资，但每月扣减的工资不超过劳动者当月工资的20%，并且扣减后的工资不得低于当地最低工资标准； 3、劳动者请事假等相应扣减工资。法律依据: 《工资支付暂行规定》第九条劳动关系双方依法解除或终止劳动合同时，用人单位应在解除或终止劳动合同时一次付清劳动者工资。
