释义	法律分析：员工在休假期间用人单位是不可以随意辞退员工的，如果说员工在病假休假期间有法定过错的情况或者说是在法定医疗期满后不能从事原工作，同时也不能从事用人单位另行安排的工作的时，用人单位是可以提前三十天书面通知劳动者或者是向劳动者支付一个月工资解除劳动关系。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第四十条劳动者病假医疗期满，不能从事原工作，也不能从事用人单位另行安排的工作的，用人单位提前30天书面通知或者额外支付一个月工资可以解除合同，因此解除合同还须支付经济补偿金。
