问题	国家对用工单位招用未成年人有何规定
释义	《未成年人保护法》第二十八条规定，任何组织和个人不得招用未满十六周岁的未成年人，国家另有规定的除外。任何组织和个人依照国家有关规定招收已满十六周岁未满十八周岁的未成年人的，应当在工种、劳动时间、劳动强度和保护措施等方面执行国家有关规定，不得安排其从事过重、有毒、有害的劳动或者危险作业。第四十九条规定，企业事业组织、个体工商户非法招用未满十六周岁的未成年人的，由劳动部门责令改正，处以罚款;情节严重的，由工商行政管理部门吊销营业执照。
