释义	法律主观：破产宣告对破产企业一般职工的效力，是指企业被宣告破产后，职工原与企业订立的劳动合同即可依法宣告解除，职工成为失业人员，有权依据的规定，优先获得破产人所欠职工的工资和基本社会保险费用以及法律法规规定应该支付给职工的补偿金后重新自主就业。破产企业应当自人民法院宣告破产裁定之日起停止生产经营活动。
