学生不打疫苗不让上学吗？

法律分析：
学校无权不让孩子上学，但有权利和义务查验孩子的预防接种证，并报告有关机构，督促其监护人在孩子入学后及时到接种单位补种。但无论如何，学校不让孩子上学是错误的。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国疫苗管理法》 第四十八条 “如发现儿童未按照规定接种免疫规划疫苗的，应当向儿童居住地或者托幼机构、学校所在地承担预防接种工作的接种单位报告，并配合接种单位督促其监护人按照规定补种。”
