释义	法律分析：无意传播艾滋病如果情节严重犯法，但是会酌情处理。法律并没有明确规定无意传播艾滋病是否犯法，一般应该承担民事赔偿责任。实践中，明知自己有艾滋病，以某一个特定对象对其传播，涉嫌故意伤害罪。明知自己有艾滋病，并以不特定对象故意传播艾滋病，涉嫌以危险方法危害公共安全罪。法律依据：《艾滋病防治条例》第六十二条艾滋病病毒感染者或者艾滋病病人故意传播艾滋病的，依法承担民事赔偿责任；构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任。
