释义	农村拆迁安置人口数的认定是：自拆迁许可证核发之日具有本市常住户口且实际居满一年、在本市名下无其他住房或名下虽有住房但居住困难的，可以认定为安置人口。【法律依据】《国有土地上房屋征收与补偿条例》第二条为了公共利益的需要，征收国有土地上单位、个人的房屋，应当对被征收房屋所有权人（以下称被征收人）给予公平补偿。第十八条征收个人住宅，被征收人符合住房保障条件的，作出房屋征收决定的市、县级人民政府应当优先给予住房保障。具体办法由省、自治区、直辖市制定。
