释义	对于过度疲劳驾驶车辆的行为，法律授权各省、市、自治区在200元以下罚款幅度自行制定罚则。对驾驶公路客运车辆或者危险物品运输车辆有过度疲劳驾驶行为的，公安部统一规定一次记6分。其他机动车驾驶人有此行为的，只罚款，不记分。法律依据：《道路交通安全法实施条例》第六十二条驾驶机动车不得有下列行为：连续驾驶机动车超过4小时未停车休息或者停车休息时间少于20分钟。
