释义	债务抵销的效力主要有： 1、双方债权的消灭。双方债权额相同时，其互享的债权或互负的债务全部归于消灭;双方债权额不同时，就其相等额而消灭。 2、债权债务关系溯及到最初适于抵销时按双方债权能相互抵销的数额而消灭。抵销的溯及力主要表现在： 1)自得为抵销时起，就消灭了债务，不再发生支付利息的债务; 2)自得为抵销时起，不再发生迟延责任; 3)得抵销的情形发生后，一方当事人所生的损害赔偿及违约金责任，因抵销的溯及力而归于消灭。
