释义	法律分析：证人因出庭作证而支出的合理费用，由提供证人的一方当事人先行支付，由败诉一方当事人承担。法律依据：《最高人民法院关于适用〈中华人民共和国民事诉讼法〉的解释》第一百一十八条民事诉讼法第七十四条规定的证人因履行出庭作证义务而支出的交通、住宿、就餐等必要费用，按照机关事业单位工作人员差旅费用和补贴标准计算；误工损失按照国家上年度职工日平均工资标准计算。人民法院准许证人出庭作证申请的，应当通知申请人预缴证人出庭作证费用。
