释义	劳动合同没有变更，用人单位不能单方安排劳动者从事合同规定以外的工作或调换岗位。但下列情况除外：(1)发生事故或灾害，需要及时抢修或救灾2)因生产、工作需要，单位内部机构或工种，岗位之间的临时调动3)法律、法规和规章规定的其他情况。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三条订立劳动合同，应当遵循合法、公平、平等自愿、协商一致、诚实信用的原则。依法订立的劳动合同具有约束力，用人单位与劳动者应当履行劳动合同约定的义务。
