释义	法律分析：劳动者想辞职走人，只需要主动与单位协商一致即可。但一般主动辞职的话就不能享受法定的经济补偿金。如果单位不同意劳动者辞职，劳动者坚持要辞职的，则必须提前30日以书面形式通知用人单位，通知完经过30天劳动者就可以自然与用人单位解除劳动合同了，这是法律规定的辞职权。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十七条劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
