法律分析：
奖金制度一个单位或部门激励员工和部属的制度。分为月奖，季奖，年度奖，全勤奖，优胜奖（先进奖），质量奖，绩效奖等。如果设制合理先进，可以调动员工的生产积极性，提高劳动生产率，为公司创造效率，使员工也能得到更多收入。

《中华人民共和国劳动法》 第四十七条 用人单位根据本单位的生产经营特点和经济效益，依法自主确定本单位的工资分配方式和工资水平。
