工地受伤责任怎么划分？

法律分析：
工地工伤责任划分标准主要是区分是过失还是故意。无过失责任指的是劳动者在各种的伤害事故当中，只要不是本人的故意行为所导致的，就应该获得规定标准的补偿，只要是事故发生了，不论是雇主还是雇员是否存在着过错，无论责任是在哪一方，原则上受害者都是可以得到赔偿的，也就是无过错赔偿。
法律依据：
《工伤保险条例》第一条 为了保障因工作遭受事故伤害或者患职业病的职工获得医疗救治和经济补偿，促进工伤预防和职业康复，分散用人单位的工伤风险，制定本条例。
