释义	法律分析：抗辩权是指妨碍他人行使其权利的对抗权，至于他人所行使的权利是否为请求权在所不问。而狭义的抗辩权则是指专门对抗请求权的权利，亦即权利人行使其请求权时，义务人享有的拒绝其请求的权利。在现代民法中，学者对抗辩权有不同的定义法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百二十五条当事人互负债务，没有先后履行顺序的，应当同时履行。一方在对方履行之前有权拒绝其履行请求。一方在对方履行债务不符合约定时，有权拒绝其相应的履行请求。
