释义	法律分析：逆向行驶扣分根据《新交规驾驶证扣分细则》规定： 1、机动车驾驶人有下列违法行为之一，一次记3分： 2、驾驶机动车不按规定超车、让行的，或者逆向行驶的。3、机动车驾驶人有下列违法行为之一，一次记12分。4、驾驶机动车在高速公路上倒车、逆行、穿越中央分隔带掉头的。法律依据：《关于修改中华人民共和国道路交通安全法的决定》第九十条机动车驾驶人违反道路交通安全法律、法规关于道路通行规定的，处警告或者20元以上200元以下罚款。本法另有规定的，依照规定处罚。
