养老金放在卡里不取,对退休人员有什么影响？ |

法律分析：这个是不会影响的。养老金支取不支取都是我们自己的权利，那么我们没有必要说把养老金每个月都支取出来，卡里一分钱不剩，这是完全没有必要的。有些老人可能没有支取现金的习惯，比如说他会使用电子支付，或者说是一些电子渠道来进行消费，那么自然是不需要去银行取钱了。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国社会保险法》
第十二条 用人单位应当按照国家规定的本单位职工工资总额的比例缴纳基本养老保险费，记入基本养老保险统筹基金。职工应当按照国家规定的本人工资的比例缴纳基本养老保险费，记入个人账户。无雇工的个体工商户、未在用人单位参加基本养老保险的非全日制从业人员以及其他灵活就业人员参加基本养老保险的，应当按照国家规定缴纳基本养老保险费，分别记入基本养老保险统筹基金和个人账户。
第十六条 参加基本养老保险的个人，达到法定退休年龄时累计缴费满十五年的，按月领取基本养老金。参加基本养老保险的个人，达到法定退休年龄时累计缴费不足十五年的，可以缴费至满十五年，按月领取基本养老金；也可以转入新型农村社会养老保险或者城镇居民社会养老保险，按照国务院规定享受相应的养老保险待遇。
