制作驾驶证还要交身份证吗 |
| 释义 |
(一)需提交的材料：
1、驾驶人的身份证明(原件及复印件)。
2、驾驶证(原件及复印件)。
3、12分满分复试通知书或强制措施凭证、裁决书。
4、驾驶人近期免冠、白色背景的彩色正面单寸相片(近视者须戴眼镜)的大头照二张。
(二)领表、办证地点：
1、领表地点：驾驶证办证大厅咨询窗口。
2、办证地点：驾驶证大厅外省籍受理岗窗口。
(三)请注意有关规定：
1、必须由申请人本人前来办理并当场签字，不得委任他人代理。
2、身份证明：《居民身份证》;外地人还要加本地暂住证;
现役军人(含武警)的身份证明：军官证、士兵证、警官证;
境外人员的身份证明：护照证明和居留证明。
3、驾驶人在一个记分周期内累积记分达到12分的，应当在十五日内接受为期7天的道路交通安全法律、行政法规和相关知识的教育，并进行科目(一)考试。一个记分周期内两次以上达到12分的，应复试科目(一)和科目(三)(按驾驶证载明的最高准驾车型考试)。
4、驾驶人记分达到12分的，拒不参加学习和考试的，由公安机关交通管理部门公告其机动驾驶证停止使用。
5、驾驶人在一个记分周期内记分虽未达到12分的，但尚有罚款未缴纳的，记分转入下一记分周期。
