释义	法律分析: 现行法律、司法解释等并未规定以物抵债一律须经全体债权人同意，司法拍卖流拍后，部分债权人不同意以物抵债并不妨碍其他债权人提出以物抵债申请并承受抵债财产。法律依据: 《最高人民法院关于民事诉讼法的司法解释》第四百九十一条经申请执行人和被执行人同意，且不损害其他债权人合法权益和社会公共利益的，人民法院可以不经拍卖、变卖，直接将被执行人的财产作价交申请执行人抵偿债务。对剩余债务，被执行人应当继续清偿。
