释义	根据《民法典》第一千一百二十二条的规定： (一)遗嘱人必须亲笔书写，自书遗嘱必须由遗嘱人亲笔书写遗嘱的全部内容。 (二)遗嘱人必须签名，自书遗嘱必须由遗嘱人签名，即亲笔书写其姓名。在自书遗嘱中，尽管遗嘱的内容可能确实是由遗嘱人亲笔书写，但是如果没有签名，无法判断遗嘱人只是书写了草稿还是作出了最终的决定，因此没有签名的自书遗嘱无效。 (三)遗嘱人必须注明年、月、日，遗嘱人在自书遗嘱中必须注明其设立遗嘱的具体时间，即必须注明年、月、日。法律依据《民法典》第一千一百二十二条
