问题	夫妻如何规避共同债务
释义	夫妻是不可以规避共同债务的，法律规定，夫妻共同债务应当共同偿还。若共同财产不足清偿或者财产归各自所有的，由双方协议清偿，即夫妻间可以约定由一方承担全部夫妻债务，但是该约定属于内部约定，不产生外部对抗效力，除非债权人知道该约定。所以不管夫妻二人是否达成内部约定，都需要对共同债务承担偿还责任，不可规避。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零八十九条离婚时，夫妻共同债务应当共同偿还。共同财产不足清偿或者财产归各自所有的，由双方协议清偿；协议不成的，由人民法院判决。
