房屋交易契税信息是什么意思

房地产契税房屋所有权发生转移时，就当事人所定契约按房价一定比例向新的房屋产权人所征收的一次性税费。它是针对房地产产权变动的专门税种，也是购房过程中购房所承受的最大税额的一次税费，约为房价的1.5%.购买第二套住房时的契税约为房价的3%。

法律客观：

《中华人民共和国契税暂行条例》第九条纳税人应当自纳税义务发生之日起10日内，向土地、房屋所在地的契税征收机关办理纳税申报，并在契税征收机关核定的期限内缴纳税款。
