释义	任意撤销权是不能继承的，但是当撤销权人没有能力行使该权利时，其具有完全民事行为能力的法定继承人可以代为行使。【法律依据】《合同法》第一百九十三条规定，因受赠人的违法行为致使赠与人死亡或者丧失民事行为能力的，赠与人的继承人或者法定代理人可以撤销赠与。赠与人的继承人或者法定代理人的撤销权，自知道或者应当知道撤销原因之日起六个月内行使。
