释义	一般不影响，因为单位发工资是跟银行协商好的，到约定日期，统一划账，异地卡存在转账手续费的问题，所以要本地卡才行。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第五十条工资应当以货币形式按月支付给劳动者本人。不得克扣或者无故拖欠劳动者的工资。《工资支付暂行规定》第七条工资必须在用人单位与劳动者约定的日期支付。
