释义	合同还有效。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第七百零七条租赁期限六个月以上的，应当采用书面形式。当事人未采用书面形式的，视为不定期租赁。《中华人民共和国民法典》第七百三十四条租赁期间届满，承租人继续使用租赁物，出租人没有提出异议的，原租赁合同继续有效，但租赁没有签订书面租赁合同的，视为不定期租赁。不定期租赁双方当事人可以随时解除租赁关系，故不存在解除违约。租赁关系解除后，可以要求出租房退还押金。期限为不定期。
