【法律依据】:
《中华人民共和国劳动法》 第四十一条 用人单位因为生产经营工作需要,安排劳动者加班,应当与工会和劳动者协商,且每天不超过3小时,每月不超过36小时,并应依法支付加班工资。劳动者有权拒绝加班,知会主管或者安排加班的管理人员即可。
