释义	法律分析：签了劳动合同后悔了，劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位即可辞职。一般情况下，如果劳动者没有对所在单位造成经济损失，而且尽到提前三十日通知的义务，则不必支付违约金。但是如果用人单位为劳动者支付的培训费用，或者劳动者对生产、经营和工作造成的直接经济损失的，劳动者应赔偿用人单位的损失。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十七条劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
