释义	法律分析：父债子偿没有法律依据。父亲欠的债，子女在法律上并没有偿还的义务；因为父亲和子女是两个不同的独立的民事主体。但如果父亲负债后去世，子女继承父亲的遗产则以遗产范围为限负有偿还的法定义务，但子女明确表示放弃继承父亲的遗产的除外。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百六十一条继承人以所得遗产实际价值为限清偿被继承人依法应当缴纳的税款和债务。超过遗产实际价值部分，继承人自愿偿还的不在此限。继承人放弃继承的，对被继承人依法应当缴纳的税款和债务可以不负清偿责任。
