释义	法律分析：租转租的房子不需要和房东签合同，房屋承租人将房屋转租给次承租人，应取得房屋出租人的书面或者口头同意，未取得房屋出租人的同意，但房屋出租人知道或者应当知道该房屋承租人将房屋转租给次承租人未作反对表示的(默示)，应视为已经取得了房屋出租人的同意，该房屋转租合同有效。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第七百零四条租赁合同的内容一般包括租赁物的名称、数量、用途、租赁期限、租金及其支付期限和方式、租赁物维修等条款。
