释义	法律分析：权利穷竭原则，是指知识产权所有人或经其授权的人制造的知识产权产品，在第一次投放到市场后，权利人即丧失了对它的进一步的控制权，权利人的权利即被认为用尽、穷竭了。法律依据：《中华人民共和国商标法》第52条对此作出了明确的规定：“未经商标注册人同意，更换其注册商标并将该更换注册商标的商品又投入市场的；”属于侵犯注册商标专用权的行为。
