法律分析:
暑假工一般情况下也是不能随时辞职的，其实在我国的法律上对暑假工是否可以随时辞职的这个问题没有做出什么明确的规定。但在实际操作中应该是不可以的，暑假工辞职的时间应该提前和用人单位商量清楚，一般也不需要提前30天通知用人单位。
法律依据:
《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》 第三十七条 劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
