问题	如何知道撤回要约？
释义	可以撤回要约，撤回要约的条件是在要约到达要约人之前或同时撤回要约的通知。撤回通知应先于或最迟与要约同时到达要约人，但因其他原因延误的，撤回通知应在要约到达后到达要约人。在这种情况下，要约人应及时向要约人发出通知，告知撤回通知迟到，要约生效。如果要约人忽视通知，要约人撤回要约的通知视为未迟到，仍有撤回要约的效力。【本文关联的相关法律依据】《中华人民共和国民法典》第四百七十五条要约可以撤回。要约的撤回适用本法第一百四十一条的规定。
